Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Victoria Beckham Beauty purchase; however, if you are not, we accept returns of unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, products that have been opened or tested cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original Victoria Beckham Beauty boxes and include the provided packing slip to ensure your return is processed correctly.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location or schedule a carrier pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
